Privacy Policy

The accounting office of Ella Pereg ("the Office", "we") respects the privacy of its clients. This policy explains how we collect, use and store information received when you contact us through digital channels, including WhatsApp Business, and when you use the "Manpika" app and the Office's online system.

Information we collect

When you message us on WhatsApp we may receive: your name, phone number, message content, and any documents or files you choose to send (e.g. invoices, receipts, certificates). This information is provided by you voluntarily for the purpose of receiving accounting and tax advisory services.

How we use information

Information is used solely to provide bookkeeping, accounting, tax advisory and reporting services; for ongoing client communication (payment requests, document requests, signature links, updates); and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing. Information is transmitted to tax authorities and relevant bodies only as part of providing the service and in accordance with your authorization and the law.

Retention & security

Information is kept in the Office's secure systems for as long as required to provide the service and to meet statutory record-keeping obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect it against unauthorized access.

Your rights

You may contact us at any time to review, correct or delete personal information, subject to legal limitations on the retention of accounting records.

Manpika mobile app

The "Manpika" app (iOS and Android) is an interface to the same system hosted at app.epcpa.co.il/manpika. Using the app requires an account created by the Office; the app does not offer self sign-up and is not aimed at the general public.

What the app collects

Account data: email address and a hashed password, used for sign-in and identification.
Financial and business data: the documents you issue (tax invoices, receipts, quotes), your customers' details, amounts, income and expense entries, and payment tracking. This data is provided by you in order to keep your books and issue documents.
Usage data: basic operational logs (sign-in times, actions performed) for security and troubleshooting.

The app does not collect location data, does not display ads, and contains no third-party tracking or advertising SDKs.

Biometric authentication (Face ID / fingerprint)

If you enable face or fingerprint sign-in, authentication is performed entirely on your device by the operating system. The app receives only a binary success/failure result. Biometric data is never collected, stored, or transmitted to our servers or to any third party.

Camera and files

If you use the receipt-capture feature, the photo you take is uploaded to your account to document the expense. Camera access is requested only at the moment of capture and only with your permission, and can be revoked at any time in your device settings. Saving or sharing a document happens only at your initiative.

Account and data deletion

You may request account and data deletion by phone at +972-77-8742344 or by email at ella@epcpa.co.il. We will handle the request within 30 days. Note that accounting documents already issued are subject to statutory retention and cannot be deleted before that period ends. All other data will be deleted or anonymised as requested.

Servers and security

Data is stored on the Office's servers in Finland, within the European Union. All traffic between the app and the server is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Access is limited to Office staff and to the account holder.
